Improving Safety Through Science

Industrial safety research results show the significant difference between employee behavior pre- and post- training. These are just a few of the findings. C2 Safety has also been shown to have a significant impact on job identity, company loyalty, and employee engagement.

Hazard Recognition

Prior to C2 Safety training, employees reported an average of 1.4 safety concerns per week. With C2 Safety, that number increased by over 2,000%.

High-Risk Reduction

Higher risk hazards were reported at over three times the previous rate during C2 Safety training.

Increasing the Odds

Over the 10-week period before C2 Safety, the likelihood of an employee spotting a safety hazard was only 7%. C2 Safety increased those odds by nearly 8 times!

Improving Law Enforcement Through Science

Law enforcement research shows the dramatic differences between cadets and officers with standard training and those with the benefit of C2 Training. C2 Training goes beyond the typical evidence-based findings and offers research-based result. In addition to these findings, C2 Training has been shown to deliver significant benefits for professionalism, resilience, and recognition of implicit bias.

Safety

Cadets and officers with C2 Training were over 12 times more likely to use safety concepts in their recall when discussing their tactical operations.

Awareness

When we say, “You’ll see your world differently after C2 Training,” this is what we mean. In one study, nearly 90% of cadets with C2 Training spotted a pipe-bomb during a room clearing exercise. The control group did not fare as well.

Accuracy

In a PRISim simulator, cadets with C2 Training were, on average, over twice as accurate as their peers. They also showed greater restraint in firing less than half as many rounds.

Control

Due to their accuracy and restraint, cadets with C2 Training missed their target an average of only 1.2 times per cadet while their peers missed almost 5 times as often.
